Sigman Tarp may not be able to ship to P.O. Box addresses, or APO, FPO or similar addresses via UPS, FedEx or Freight Shipping. This is because UPS, UPS Freight, FedEx, FedEx Freight and many other Freight Carriers do not ship to P.O. Box addresses, APO, FPO, or similar addresses.
For shipments to military addresses overseas, Sigman Tarp ships to military supply transit centers throughout the country which in turn ships to APO, FPO, overseas military bases and battle fields such as Iraq and Afghanistan.
Sigman Tarp solutes all brave military men and women, especially those brave men and women deployed overseas.
The total charges of an order is billed to your credit card account at the time of your placing the order with us, unless special payment arrangement has been arranged. The immediate application of order charges is to combat on-line order fraud.
Shipping dates vary with items. Please see individual items for shipping date information. In an unlikely situation where an item is out of stock, we will notify you the out of stock status as soon as possible. We may cancel an order and refund the purchase if an item is out of stock or discontinued. There is no guarantee of shipping dates or delivery dates.
Sigman Tarp ships orders using USPS, UPS, UPS Freight and other common freight carriers. When orders weigh over 150 pounds, there may be option of freight shipping. When you check out, you choose a specific shipping method. Sigman Tarp cannot be responsible for shipping carrier's delivery delays. Although UPS, UPS freight or other shipping carriers deliver most shipments on time for a specific shipping methods, any shipping carrier delivery issues are beyond our control.
Sigman Tarp reserves the right to change shipping method from customer selected to a comparable or faster shipping method. Furthermore, for large, heavy or bulk orders, Sigman Tarp reserves the right to change shipping method from regular UPS to Freight Shipping.
Orders of Flat Rate Shipping method may be shipped using a variety of actual shipping methods. Transit time of Flat Rate Shipping Method is not guaranteed.
If you ordered multiple items in an order, some items may be shipped separately. If you placed multiple orders, some orders may be combined and then shipped.
Sigman Tarp offers Free Ground Shipping on certain orders over a specific order total amount to 48 US Contiguous States.
Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your shipping address, based on the shipping method you have chosen.
Time to get your stuff = Order Processing Time + UPS or Freight transit time
Order processing time varies with each product and is specified on each product page. Custom orders can take 5 - 10 business days to ship. All number of days specified are business days, which exclude weekends and holidays. If you have questions or concerns about shipping of your order, please contact us by email or phone.
For orders of larger amounts or bulk orders, there maybe be additional delay between order's placement and time order leaving warehouse.
The contiguous United States are the 48 adjoining U.S. states on the continent of North America that are south of Canada and north of Mexico, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico. Contiguous United States also exclude any US oversea post office boxes such as APO, FPO, DPO etc. On items with free shipping to contiguous United States, Sigman Tarp reserves the right of interpreting whether the address is within contiguous United States.
Sigman Tarp ships using USPS, UPS, FedEx, UPS Freight, and other freight carriers. When you check out, after you choose a specific shipping method and enter your shipping address zip code, the shipping charge will be displayed.
When shipping address is incorrect or undeliverable, or buyer or buyer's designated receiving agent refuse to or is unable to accept UPS, FedEx or freight or other other shipment packages, shipping fees cannot be refunded. Shipping charges must be paid again to reship orders that were undeliverable.
After order has been shipped, shipping address correction due to customer mistakes or customer incorrect information will incur $10 per piece UPS address correction fee, or freight carrier address correction fees, which may be higher. The address correction fee is charged by UPS and shipping carriers.
Customers are responsible for tariffs, taxes, custom fees, customs clearing, custom brokerage fees for orders shipping to destinations outside of 50 states of USA. Customers must pay any and all tariffs, taxes and fees imposed by governments and must also pay shipping carriers any custom brokerage and processing fees to secure release of shipments. Sigman Tarp is not responsible for any tariffs, taxes or fees imposed by governments or shipping carriers.
