Knife-Coated Vinyl Tarps (Premium Grade)

Knife coating is a special coating technique in which coating thickness is controlled by the distance between the substrate and a movable knife or bar. The coating is applied to the substrate which then passes through a split between the knife and a support roller. As the coating and substrate pass through, the excess is peeled off. This process can be used for high viscosity coatings and very high coat weights. It has supreme Tearing Strength and Tensile strength.
